Almost everyone knows that the telecommunications company MTS uses the short number 0890 to communicate with customers. But everyone who has tried to call the operator through it at least a couple of times knows that this is not so easy. More precisely, dialing a number is as easy as shelling pears, but you will have to wait at least 30-40 minutes for an answer.
There are two more lesser-known MTS call center numbers - 08460 and 0605. 08460 is also known to many because it is displayed when you press the help button in the application. Subscribers often think that this number is a toll number, but their fears are false. 08460 is the same toll-free support number as 0890.
But the operator hides number 0605 in every possible way. If you find it on the official MTS website, it will say that it is intended for VIP clients. In fact, you can call him from absolutely any number.
No matter which of the numbers listed above you call, at the beginning you will still receive a conversation with an answering machine. Fortunately, MTS support has a voice menu that works the same on all three numbers. But let's go one by one, to contact the operator, you need to do the following:
