How to connect an external static IP address - can I get it for free?

To receive it, you will have to change your tariff plan and, as I already said, pay an additional N amount of money. As for whether it is possible to get a static IP address for free, I don’t know of such examples. Perhaps, even temporarily as part of some promotions. As an alternative, you can use shareware DDNS services. But this is a topic for another discussion.
