I pay a year in advance, the first five years cost 3,600 rubles/year. Over the past two years, they have raised the price: 4,000 rubles/year, or about 340 per month, I think it’s inexpensive. Max torrent download speed is 10 MB/sec, according to my tariff. I don't see any point in paying for higher speed. No extras. I don’t connect options, I don’t play for prizes, gifts, I don’t accept gifts... I don’t connect a separate option for IPTV television channels, you can watch IPTV for free if you want. I don’t use IP telephony because it’s unnecessary. Over the six years of use, there were problems with access, but these were very rare isolated cases. Compared to the Internet of mobile operators, this Internet is simply a miracle. Calling the call center is no problem. As for service and support, I can’t say anything; I’ve never resorted to the help of specialists, because everything works that way. And I can configure and replace the router myself. Debiting from the account is carried out correctly. There is a personal account in which the funds on the balance sheet are reflected. Maybe I'm not a demanding client... I'm happy with this Internet provider. If I had such an Internet connection via fiber optics for similar money at my dacha in the Leningrad Region of the Vyborg District, it would be great.
