There are practically no exceptions among mobile service providers who, along with the basic ones, do not provide a certain list of additional services. This should include information and entertainment content, including mailings on various topics: news, music, horoscopes, etc.
At the same time, subscribers sometimes themselves do not know which of their subscriptions are active. This, in turn, leads to unplanned costs, because many of them are provided on a paid basis. Therefore, you need to find out which subscriptions are connected and deactivate them if necessary.
How to disable paid subscriptions on Beeline
Personal Area
This operator service is very easy to use and allows you to manage all mobile options in just a few clicks. You can disable all subscriptions on Beeline through your personal account as follows:
- Open the official website of the operator;
- Log in to your personal account using your username and password;
- Open the “Services” tab and go to the list of connected ones;
- Find the options you don't need and disable them.
As you can see, this can be done very simply and quickly. Next, we’ll look at how to remove all Beeline subscriptions via SMS.
Here we will tell you how to take a “trust payment” on the Internet.
Beeline services
Certain operator services provide the opportunity for their users to check some subscriptions, as well as find out how much they cost and how to disable them.
These include a non-tariff service that allows you to check short numbers to find out under what conditions the services are provided.
Performing the steps to check subscriptions and unsubscribe from them is a simple task for modern subscribers. Mobile operator Beeline has taken care of a wide range of features that can help effectively manage customer subscriptions.
How to disable SMS messaging on Beeline
If you use the provider's mailings from short numbers, then removing paid subscriptions to Beeline can be done very simply and quickly.
- In the list of received SMS messages, find the newsletter you want to unsubscribe from;
- Enter the creation of a reply message;
- Enter the word “Stop” or “Stop;
- Click the "Submit" button.
You can cancel or unsubscribe from messages from short numbers absolutely free. In the next part of the article, we will look at how to disable paid subscriptions on Beeline using a special code.
In this review, we will talk about favorable rates from different points of view.
Disconnect on the official website
Upon receiving a number, each new subscriber also receives access to a personal account for complete management of their number. Your personal account is available at my.beeline.ru. After registration, the “Connected Services” section appears on the title page. Here you will see a list of all (paid and free).
To remove unnecessary ones, click the “Delete” button. The operation is completed without confirmation - in one click. There is no fee for canceling any subscription. Free ones are disabled in the same way.
USSD command
The command can disable Beeline subscriptions on your phone in several ways. Let's look at both options.
If you connected paid content from the operator’s catalog:
- Go to the directory;
- Find the service you need, open information about it;
- You will see commands to disable;
General code:
- Open your smartphone's numeric keypad;
- Enter the combination *110*09#;
- A special menu will open on the screen where options can be controlled.
We figured out how to turn off “My Subscriptions” on Beeline yourself. Now let's look at the last method - calling the operator if you don't want to personally disable unnecessary options.
Connecting paid content
There are two ways to load additional options:
Partner website
- Open the resource, where you need to select the one you need from the list of services and click “Subscribe”;
- Next, you will be redirected to the official website of the operator, where you must confirm your consent to receive services;
- After completing the necessary actions, you will receive an SMS indicating the cost, shutdown command and other information about the option.
This is useful: a command for the promised payment, be always available.
Catalog
- Go to the official website of the operator;
- Select the desired option from the service catalog;
- Open the detailed description and find the connection command.
Remember this information to prevent connecting unnecessary paid content and use only the necessary services. We hope that our review will be useful to you and will be useful for monitoring the status of your mobile account.
Or maybe you want to see your expenses on Beeline - then click on the link.
Call
You can delete Beeline subscriptions using the operator's support service. To ask a question you are interested in, dial any of the numbers below, and then follow the instructions in the voice menu or wait for a response from a specialist.
- 0611;
- 0684006.
Now let's look at how services can be connected, as well as how to completely abandon paid content.
Here we will tell you how to enable the “Welcome” option.
Call to operator
The general customer support number is 0611. By following the instructions on the answering machine, you can contact a specialist. After checking the passport data, he will tell you all the information about the services connected to the SIM card and, at the client’s request, will delete unnecessary ones.
There is another number, a mobile assistant for services with a voice menu - 0674. After connecting, the robot reports the balance and the current tariff plan. Then, if you follow the prompts, you can find out the list of paid services and, if necessary, unsubscribe from those that are not needed. For quick access: dial 3 on your phone, then 1 – we get to the section with a description of the connected services.
The third number automatically disconnects all subscriptions – 0684006. Notification of this comes via SMS.
Connection and ban
There are two ways to connect to a paid newsletter, which are worth mentioning briefly.
- From the operator’s official catalog using a special code; This is the first way to unsubscribe from all subscriptions on Beeline.
- Using a partner's website. Confirmation occurs via SMS and redirection to the operator’s website.
To protect yourself and save money on your phone balance, you can put a ban on any unplanned debits. Enable the “Content Ban” option using the following steps:
- Call the number
- 0858;
- Use the “Services” tab in your personal account.
We have described all the ways to disconnect from paid options and unsubscribe from all paid subscriptions. Be careful when agreeing to provide entertainment services and monitor your balance!
Why can money be withdrawn from the account?
One of the few reasons why money is withdrawn from your account literally “just like that” is an error in the system that calculates your expenses.
However, in practice, such cases occur approximately 1 in 1000. Charges can also occur due to the fact that the subscriber simply forgot that he activated some service. However, even if you do not use it, the payment will not stop. The subscriber can be deceived into connecting to an entertainment subscription, access to a service, or an advertising mailing for which money is also deducted. This happens if you leave your phone number on dubious fraudulent sites, send an SMS in response to a drawing where you allegedly won a million, etc. They are also often connected through advertising in various mobile applications.
Important: Never agree to accept any codes on your number, especially from strangers, and do not link your phone to accounts on websites. This may lead to unexpected expenses in the future.
Often the operator itself can offer all sorts of services with newsletters about weather, news, exchange rates, and the political situation in the world. It is extremely unreasonable to give your consent to similar subscriptions at the present time, since all the necessary information can be found on the Internet and this does not require additional payment.
Visiting a communication salon
You need to take your passport with you to the Beeline office - the employee will need it to make sure that the owner of the SIM card is in front of him. After identification, the specialist will delete all subscriptions that the client selects.
A reliable and easy way to delete a subscription is your personal account. Everything is clearly shown in it, and disconnection occurs in one click, without calls and SMS to unknown numbers. All other methods also work, but they take longer to find connected services and how to deactivate them.

Mobile subscriptions and Beeline, which refused them, but in fact not
Hello, Habr!
I continue the series “As much as possible and hidden mobile subscriptions of telecom operators.” The first episode was here, about Megafon, now the second, about Beeline, is even more exciting.
Let me start with the fact that Beeline refused mobile subscriptions in October 2021. I would like to put a full stop here, but no. Hold on. The refusal text contains a lot of wording, which can then be interpreted differently, in the “what we actually meant” series.
By the way, this is not the operator’s first attempt to play fair; in 2014, they already noisily and impudently refused mobile subscriptions. Habr remembers everything:
On February 19, 2014, the company announced a new strategy for working with clients and separately spoke in detail about the refusal of subscriptions and the profits they bring.
The company repentantly refused “a significant part of the profit in favor of honest relations with the subscriber” and promised clients Fair Play (translated from English as “fair play”).
Alas…
Almost immediately - in the same 2014 - the company reduced the requirements for the design of advertising banners that activate paid subscriptions from content providers using wap-click technology: it was no longer necessary to write the word “subscribe” directly on the advertising button and indicate the cost of the subscription. These elements were allowed to be moved a little to the sides, but still left noticeable.
Mandatory SMS notifications about connecting paid services have become the corporate style of Beeline’s subscription business, but not at all as planned. For the lion's share of indignant subscribers, the story with hidden subscription began with an unexpected SMS message about its connection, which often arrived at night. In the morning, the amazed subscriber found himself the owner of a paid service, began to get angry, understand and send negativity towards the company and its innovative approach to business.
This is Fair Play.
Game of Honesty, 2020
In April 2021, Beeline changed its general director again, becoming Alexander Torbakhov. And in his first interview in his new position, he announced a rejection of “toxic content - imposed services.”
Soon, the company officially notified subscribers that it would cease “access to many subscriptions” from October 29, 2021. At the same time, within the framework of the concept of new honesty, she quite frankly described the problem as a whole: “Intrusive subscriptions to incomprehensible services have become a real problem,” “Instead of the declared content, there can be anything: trailers instead of films, programs that have already become free, and much more".
Those. from November 2021, the story of hidden subscriptions in Beeline was supposed to stop.
But the miracle did not happen.
Beeline's subscription economy: Zurkhai and the trash heaps of Runet
I bought a SIM card for testing. Here, I’ll be honest, I couldn’t easily “catch” a subscription while surfing the Internet. Maybe I didn’t try enough, maybe Moscow and St. Petersburg are not the target audience for imposing subscriptions.
But since people write reviews about the subscriptions they have received, it means that these subscriptions must be somewhere. I looked better and found it.
Everything is arranged in an incredibly unique way.
Part one, decent
Beeline has an official portal for additional services BeeOnline, it has a section called “Subscriptions”. There you can find a modest 3,409 offers for all imaginable and inconceivable occasions, varying in price and validity period. Horoscopes, recipes, exchange rates, jokes, aphorisms, the mysterious “Zurhai”, the lively “Be in chocolate! (From Ksenia Sobchak)” and a lot of other obvious and incredible things. By the way, prices are lower than those of Megafon, and a free trial period is often offered. Although the latter may backfire if the subscriber forgets about his subscription.
The file with all Beeline subscriptions is on the website, you can read it without scrolling through 10 pieces.
Spent some money. Some subscriptions work, some don't. The description of subscriptions on the site is very modest. For example, a subscription with the name “Yaroslavl” indicates the weather forecast in Yaroslavl.
I was interested in what “Zurhai” is and how it will work. But technical support was unable to answer these questions. The only thing the operator said was that the newsletter will arrive daily.
I found out on my own. And this is the mailing I received:
True, there is plenty of such “zurkhaya” on the Internet for free; however, like everything else that is offered in 3.5 thousand subscriptions from the company.
Well, your own subscriptions are somewhat outdated and abandoned, but you can still always find them on the website and ask technical support about them.
But what about the “services” from “information partners”, which are the main evil? So, I found them too.
Part two, panic
The list of partner subscriptions is hidden in the depths of the branchy website Beeline.ru. Beeline issues a short number to all partner mailing lists, and on the website you can find a list of these numbers and a service for checking them.
In the database I found about 400 short numbers, to which more than 700 services from fifty content providers are attached. Working sites - i.e. which opened at all - it turned out to be 352.
Some of them are quite decent companies and sites, like NTV-Plus or Mail.ru. They are obviously listed on this list only formally: most likely, Beeline once organized payment for their services through a short number.
But for the lion’s share of subscriptions, the organizers are only a few companies whose names are already familiar to us: these are “Informpartner”, “IZIKAIR”, “MKS”, “Mobicon”. These are the same large content providers who purposefully and systematically, using cunning tricks, force subscribers of various cellular operators (and not only Beeline) against their will to become subscribers of “content” pseudo-services. Trailers of old films, free videos from YouTube, one-page imitations of news resources, libraries and file sharing services (but why?!) - all this in indescribable performance is offered for money, usually 30 rubles a day. Some of them have live games and even one porn site with no age restrictions. But mostly these are hardened content remnants that have long been abandoned.
Information about connecting to a subscription is available on 211 sites. Lots of domains for sale. Some of them have obviously been bought by new owners a long time ago and new services are being developed under the old names. It seems that not a single living soul at Beeline has looked at the partner subscriptions section for the last few years, at best.
But there is good news: it was not possible to subscribe to all this splendor.
Several subscriptions worked, which can be considered “suitable”. For example, an English tutorial, or the site https://ka-ra-oke.com, which, in accordance with the name, offers songs for self-singing for the same 30 rubles a day.
And then I almost believed that Beeline had ended its subscription story after all. But I decided to double-check one more way.
Part three, mysterious
Recently, literally a month ago, on the Pikabu website, a user published a story about how Beeline connected him with a subscription. The subscription was “caught” in the classic way: an unsuccessful click on the banner. I looked at what kind of subscription the subscriber got, found it and subscribed myself.
The result was surprising: they offer me to watch “the best spicy films” on the website free.temafon.ru, but this is Beeline’s own subscription. Why is it important? Because no content account can save you from your own subscription.
Affiliate subscriptions are alive and well, but for some reason they are not listed on the Beeline website.
Here, for example, is the Apps Club service, an offer from Bemobi International, which is not mentioned in the file with Beeline’s partner subscriptions.
He offers to get terribly expensive games for free by subscription, just think about what a discount:
You can get a game for 6,002 rubles for free! WHAT? “The Legend of Zelda,” a super popular game from Nintendo, costs 4,590 rubles, but a mobile toy with splashing on a roller coaster costs more than 6,000? In fact, you can download this toy completely free from the Play Store:
From the opposite: I check Beeline from affiliate programs
Here, let’s do this, if you don’t know what affiliate programs are, then you can read it in the “Lyrical digression” section in the text of the investigation published on the IFreedomLab website; I won’t describe it here.
Having visited the good old SearchEngine.guru, I spent some time researching what was happening in the wap-click subscription market.
Ahh you know, everything is fine there, they work as they did. The landing pages that Megafon displays on individual domains are located directly on the Beeline website:
Beeline subscriptions, by the way, are the only ones where the price is written right next to the button, and not hidden gray on gray somewhere on the edge of the page. Apparently, this is a legacy of the “honesty 2014” policy.
What did you manage to find out about Beeline?
So, Beeline continues to work with hidden mobile subscriptions. But the rules of the game have changed.
Since the beginning of June 2021, Beeline has indeed tightened the requirements for subscriptions and began to put things in order in the infrastructure. Affiliate programs reacted to what was happening emotionally:
On June 3, 2021 (Beeline officially announced a policy of abandoning “toxic content” in August), many affiliates delighted their audience with the news that the rules of the game with Beeline were becoming more complicated:
June 3: first changes
June 12: Things get more complicated:
July 22: it gets even more complicated:
Double headed like an eagle
There is one big BUT in all these refusals. Beeline seems to be the only telecom operator that works with subscriptions through two channels (if there is anyone among the readers who would like to explain to us, at least anonymously, why this is so, we will be glad). They are designated as “Beeline (direct)” and “Beeline/Temafon”. The remaining operators are designated simply as “MTS”, “Megafon” and “Tele2”.
Offer dated May 17, 2021 for Beeline (Temafon), where there is no “Subscribe” button. Because these rules do not apply to Temafon.
This is what it looks like:
Affiliates write about Beeline like this, dividing it into two entities:
At the same time, technologically, “Beeline” (direct) and “Beeline” (Temafon) are connected, since problems with the so-called direct “Beeline” most often lead to problems with “Beeline”-Temafon. This can be seen from the notifications that affiliate programs publish in their sections on the forum or in telegram channels.
“Partners” at their level unite Temafon, Zed and Beeline:
What kind of “Temafon” is this?
Temafon and Tematika are companies that are part of the international holding Zed+. On hh you can find CJSC Tematika, which is recruiting programmers to develop services for Beeline. The link leads to the website https://temamedia.ru/, which contains no information about the company, the Zed+ group, or the management.
The companies have legal addresses in neighboring premises, are managed by the same Q.I.C.E.F. LIMITED, a branch which is registered in the same place as Tematika and Temafon, and we can easily find the company itself in Cyprus. Among its shareholders is Vahe Yengibaryan, a businessman who is associated not only with Mikhail Fridman (Vimpelcom owns VEON ltd., which is 47.9% owned by LetterOne, founded by Fridman), but also with Alexander Kolokoltsev, already mentioned in the previous investigation. He is the son of the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, a co-owner of the now liquidated content provider I-Cube, whose successor Informpartner is the main and, in fact, the only content provider of Megafon.
In the case of the Zed+ provider, which was considered in Spain, the names of Mikhail Fridman and ... Anton Kudryashov, the former general director of VimpelCom, also appear. By the way, the case was resumed literally in February 2021.
The above facts make us think about the possibility of a close relationship between operators and content providers, within which the subscriber gets only one role - a cash cow, to whom you can tell about the fact that she (the cow) clicked somewhere wrong. And by the way, “Temafon” or “Tematika” does not have any subscriptions in the file on the Beeline website.
As for the pompously proclaimed rejection of toxic content... You can only give Beeline a “plus” for its efforts. But this is clearly not enough.
Total: Beeline continues to work with mobile subscriptions and for some reason exists in two guises for all affiliate programs and black webmasters, and both work with the subscription business in general according to the same schemes. But only if one of them - Beeline (Direct) - undergoes reforms and introduces restrictions, the second is allowed to do the same as before. I don’t know why this is so, but I will be grateful for clarifications and versions in the comments.
There are more questions than answers.
Objectively, Beeline has begun to refuse subscriptions, although users continue to complain about intrusive push notifications and unexpected services.
But why does the practice still persist and, as we see in the examples of our research given, why are new schemes being developed? Why, in addition to Beeline, in subscriptions there is a certain parallel player “Temafon” / “Tematika” / Zed+, which does not have to play “honesty”?

Next in line are Tele2 and MTS
Via SMS messages
The SMS must be sent to the number from which the service activation notification came. So, when activating the “SMS group” subscription, a message arrives via phone 6363.
If you answer “Stop”, the service is disabled, and the system notifies about this:
The method is not entirely convenient, since each subscription has its own number. You need to either look for it via SMS in your inbox, or on the website where you subscribed.
